Acer has added to its list of gaming laptops in India by launching its first 10th generation Intel Core processor-powered Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop.
The laptop has been announced to come with 10th Gen Intel Core i7 H-Series mobile processors and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 GPUs and a display with a 144Hz refresh rate, as well as a low-latency response time of only 3ms.
Acer has announced the Nitro 5 will be available at a starting price of Rs 72.990 via Acer E-store, authorized e-commerce, and retail outlets.

With the new, Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop, the company is packing a Full HD IPS panel in either a 17.3-inch narrow bezel display or a 15.6-inch option, but both with an 80 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Inside, the laptop gets dual M.2 supporting PCIe SSD in RAID 0 technology, and up to 32GB of RAM using two soDIMM modules. There’s also Intel Wi-Fi 6 with 2×2 MU-MIMO Technology. Users can also connect supporting gadgets with an array of ports such as HDMI 2.0, USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2, and more.

The laptop also gets Killer Ethernet E2600. The Ethernet controller automatically detects game, video, and chat streams to deliver “prioritised bandwidth for virtually lag-free user experience.” There’s also support for DTS:X Ultra for clearer sound and more immersive experience.
Acer Nitro 5 gaming laptop also features twin fans, Acer CoolBoost technology, and quad exhaust port design to keep the laptop running smoothly under high heat. CoolBoost increases fan speed by 10 percent and CPU/GPU cooling by 9 percent compared to auto mode.
Users can monitor and manage the Nitro 5 with NitroSense, accessible with one touch of the NitroSense hotkey, covering temperatures, fan speeds, and more.
