As a girl, for me self-care is more you romanticize our life with tiny little habits and find happiness in little things like go on golden hours walk, dress up well, create a life playlist, write notes to yourself. Romanticizing you life is about choosing softness over stress. these habits dont take much time but they can deeply how u feel which is very essential for your mental and physical health. Its a mind set finding joy in the everyday slowing down and treating small moments like they matter. Journaling is also good option to do something for you self-care, which seems more connected to ourselves.
In short, self-care is how we show love and respect to ourselves. It is teaches us slowdown and listen to what our body and mind really need. The more we care ourselves, the better we can care for others and live a fuller life. So do not forget to take break from the feeling burnout, stressful environment and choose rest and balance your life. When you mind is rested you work better and make better choices. it also helps you to build confidence and emotional strength, making easier to deal with every day challengers. keep prioritize yourself for your mental and physical health. So take that break , say no when you needed, and make time for the things that make you feel calm
