This is said to be a no questions asked refund process where you only need to be a Cyberpunk 2077 PS4 customer. The next step is to visit the dedicated refund request page and sign-in using the PSN account that used for buying the game. Once your request is submitted, Sony will take time to verify that you are indeed an owner of the game and will approve the refund.

If you are unable to submit the request in the first few attempts, you do not have to worry as Sony is seeing a huge amount of traffic from around the globe. It is advised that you keep trying until the refund option works for you.

The internet is filled it gameplay footage and screenshots showing the poor state of gameplay experience that almost makes it unplayable. CD Projekt Red (CDPR) announced refund plans earlier this week but it is just now that Sony has announced its stance on the situation where they have agreed to issue refunds to everyone.
